PENGHARGAAN BUAT WARGA PSIKIATRI HOSPITAL PULAU PINANG
Saya ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada warga staff di Jabatan Psikiatri Hospital Pulau Pinang kerana bertungkus lumus memastikan pesakit mendapat perhatian dan maklumat sewajarnya mengenai penyakit yang dihadapi. Di kala kerisauan makin meningkat di pandemik COVID-19, saya ingin mendoakan agar keselamatan dan kesihatan warga jabatan terjaga demi menangani pesakit-pesakit yang meningkat bilangannya dari sudut anxiety dan depression sebagainya. Semoga diberi kekuatan untuk menghadapi bebanan tambahan ini di saat kekalutan dan panik.
Lebih spesifik, jutaan terima kasih kepada Pakar Psikiatri Dr Christabel yang telah meluangkan masa secukupnya setiap kali temujanji dan berusaha mempermudah urusan saya mendapatkan keredaan dari beban kewangan untuk mendapatkan ubatan yang berkesan.
Diharap maklum balas ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat serta mutu kerja oleh warga jabatan psikiatri sepanjang tempoh pandemik COVID-19 ini. Anda layak mendapat penghargaan daripada rakyat dan andalah wira negara!

FRIENDLY STAFF
Due to the recent COVID 19 outbreak, my dad is worried whether need to go to Eye Clinic, HPP for his scheduled appointment. So I called to Eye Clinic for inquiry. Thanks to the friendly staff for providing necessary information regarding my dad's appointment.

Munnish a/l Palanisamy (Pen. Pegawai Perubatan, Gred U29) dan En. Zunaidi bin Abu Hassan (Pembantu Perawatan Kesihatan, Gred U11). Pelanggan berharap pihak Klinik Kesihatan Butterworth dapat mengekalkan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang kepada pengguna.

DR. LEE YIH HOONG, HOSPITAL PULAU PINANG
My Husband, Soo Seak Choy (IC No. 560530086047) was admitted to Neurology Wad (C6) of Hospital Pulau Pinang from 9th March 2020 until 24th March 2020 due to Myasthenia Gravis Crisis. He developed respiratory arrest on 10th March 2020, was intubated and admitted to ICU (from 10th to 13th March) where he was covered for aspiration pneumonia, and tracheastomy was inserted.
When he was staying as inpatient in Hospital Pulau Pinang, I stayed in most of the time with my husband - to take care of his needs. Words cannot describe how grateful we were (and still are) to the doctors in Neurology Wad who have attended to my husband. They are not only knowledgeable, I found them to be very responsible and reassuring.
My husband and our family are very blessed to have the opportunity to meet a young doctor, Lee Yih Hoong. He is truly a remarkable young doctor whom we appreciate very much. Although he is young, Dr Lee is not only knowledgeable and responsible, he possesses all the quality of a great doctor. He is attentive, energetic, ethical and very responsible. Dr Lee did the intubation for my husband on 10th March 2020, explained my husband's conditions carefully to me, listened to my questions attentively and he is very reassuring when he answered those questioned asked, he exercised compassion not only to my husband (the patient), he did the same to our family members too.
With this I like to Congratulate Hospital Pulau Pinang for having such a great young doctor like Dr. Lee Yih Hoong.
On behalf of my family, I like to convey our sincere appreciation to all the doctors in Neurology Wad, Dr. Tan, Dr. Hor, Dr. Eow, Dr. Najihan, Dr. Khor, Dr. Sim, and a few more (sorry I didn't have their names) who had attended to my husband - with full compassion and commitment. Thank you very much. Last, but not the least, I like to thank all doctors and staff in ICU of Hospital Pulau Pinang. ICU in Hospital Pulau Pinang is very efficient and it is very well organized. Doctors and staff are also extremely helpful and responsible.
My husband is now recuperating very well at home, we are very grateful to Dr. Lee and all who have insured his healthy future. Thank you again.
